uubb Terms and Conditions

1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("you" or "user") of the uubb platform (https://uubb.lat) and all services operated under it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between uubb ("we", "our") and you.

By accessing the uubb platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

uubb is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform built with Bangladesh players in mind. We offer easy and secure transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

2. Definitions and Terminology

The following terms used in these Terms carry the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — The uubb website (https://uubb.lat) and all services provided through it.
• "Account" — Your personal user account registered on the platform.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds deposited in your account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds or benefits provided by uubb.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The uubb platform is for users aged 21 and above only. If a user creates an account while underage, uubb reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit all deposited funds.

3.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or on behalf of the same household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If an account is created using false information, uubb reserves the right to close that account at any time.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

uubb may request identity verification documents from a user at any time (such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence). Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is completed.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

• Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If you log in from a cyber café or shared device, make sure to log out.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

uubb's SSL encryption keeps your data secure, but maintaining the security of your own device is your responsibility.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Payment Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are supported on uubb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

5.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required for KYC verification or security review.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your KYC must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see section 6 for details).
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). uubb does not currently support any other currency.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at uubb, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own expiry period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• If a user violates the terms related to a bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
• uubb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets confirmed automatically due to a system error may be reviewed by uubb and cancelled or settled as necessary.

7.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, information regarding markets, odds, and events is displayed for illustrative purposes only. Actual match, team, or player names are never presented as predictions or guarantees.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games on uubb operate on the basis of fair play principles. Each game uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure impartial results.

7.4 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during play, the outcome of the session will be determined according to the platform's own records. In the event of any dispute in this regard, uubb's server logs shall be considered the final evidence.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uubb platform:

• Providing false information during account creation or the KYC process.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or the transfer of illegal funds.
• Making deposits using a third party's card or payment method.
• Using automated bots or scripts to gain an advantage on the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by uubb

uubb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing a false identity.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Security or technical reasons.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

uubb will send an email notice in advance regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The rules regarding the balance of inactive accounts will be communicated separately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uubb is not liable for:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses caused by errors or delays on the part of third-party service providers.
• Financial losses resulting from your own negligence or mistakes.
• Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure circumstances.

uubb's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

11. Privacy and Personal Data

• Data is transferred to third parties only when legally required or with your consent.
